Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Effective Date: July 15, 2026

Due to increased class demand and limited seating availability, Good Guys with Guns, LLC has established this policy to ensure fairness to all trainees. Each registration reserves a specific seat in a scheduled training session. Because class sizes are limited, a reserved seat may prevent another individual from attending.

By registering for a class with Good Guys with Guns, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Rescheduling Requests

Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled class date by contacting Good Guys with Guns, LLC:

Approved rescheduling requests may be granted as a one-time courtesy transfer to a future class of equivalent content, subject to class availability and instructor approval.

Courtesy transfers:

• Are not guaranteed.

• Must be used within the same calendar year.

• Cannot be transferred to another individual.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or credits.

• Cannot be carried into a future calendar year.

If a trainee does not attend the rescheduled class date, the registration will be considered fulfilled and no additional transfer, credit, or refund will be provided.

Requests Made Less Than 7 Days Before Class

Requests submitted less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled class date are considered late rescheduling requestsand are not guaranteed approval.

Late requests, missed classes, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, or changes in availability may result in forfeiture of registration.

Good Guys with Guns, LLC understands that unexpected circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be considered for serious illness, emergencies, or other unusual circumstances. Each situation will be reviewed individually and granted solely at the discretion of Good Guys with Guns, LLC. Documentation may be requested when appropriate.

Communication received outside normal business hours does not automatically change applicable deadlines or guarantee approval of a request.

Refund Policy

All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued for trainee cancellations, missed classes, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.

If Good Guys with Guns, LLC must cancel or reschedule a class, attendees will have the option to transfer their registration to another available class date or request a refund.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be permitted to participate in the scheduled training session.

Because this is a state-required course, students must complete all required instruction and range qualification requirements. Arriving late, leaving early, or missing required portions of training may affect eligibility to complete the course.

Final participation decisions will be made at the discretion of the instructor.

Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notification will be considered a no-show and may result in forfeiture of registration.

Policy Exceptions

Good Guys with Guns, LLC reserves the right to review individual circumstances and make reasonable exceptions when appropriate.

Any exception granted is considered a courtesy and does not modify, waive, or create an obligation to provide future exceptions.
