This private, one-on-one session is customized to your needs. Whether you want to improve your shooting fundamentals, get comfortable with a new firearm, focus on home-defense safety, or simply have a coach guide you along the way, this training is tailored for you. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance by phone at 919-475-0017 or email at goodguyswithgunsllc@gmail.com. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before class will not be accepted. No refunds will be issued for late rescheduling requests. Exception: If you are unable to attend due to a contagious illness (and miss the 24hr window required to request a rescheduled date), a doctor’s note or positive test result must be provided. In this case, you may reschedule without penalty, no refund option will be given. Refunds & Vouchers No refunds will be issued for cancelled or rescheduled classes, on trainee's behalf. In the event of a rescheduled or cancelled class on behalf of Good Guys with Gun, LLC- an option of refund or rescheduling will be provided to the customer(s). All attendees are subject to a one-time voucher to attend a future class of equivalent content, if rescheduling is needed and Good Guys with Guns,LLC is contact and notified AT LEAST 24 hour in advance of the change request. Vouchers must be used within the same calendar year and cannot be carried over into a different calendar year. Missed sessions, late arrivals, or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or vouchers. If more than 15minutes late for class, pertmittance is subject to the discretion of the instructor. If the customer is not permitted to join the session due to tardiness, the instructor may at their discretion allow the customer a rescheduled date option. However, a rescheduled date option as a result of the aforementioned circumstances is not an obligation of Good Guys with Gun, LLC ,- under no circumstances will a refund option will be provided.
